Danny Krug is a commercial visual artist based in Brooklyn, NY. He is the founder and editor of 1.21 Gigawatts music and art magazine. Mediums that Danny works in include digital photography and video, polaroid and layout design. He studied photography and imaging at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA and at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Inspired by his neighborhood of Bushwick and the rich music scene within it, Danny has photographed and worked with many of today's up and coming musicians including DIIV, Total Slacker, PICTUREPLANE and more. His work has been featured in many publications including Pitchfork, Stereogum, Noisey, Brooklyn Vegan, NY Post, NY Daily News, The New Yorker.
